Our story and healing philosophy
Welcome to Nirvana Healing Hands in Budgewoi. We bring together intuitive energetic healing and professional massage therapy to restore harmony across your mind, body, and soul.
A lifelong journey of healing touch
My path with energy work began at the age of ten in 1997. Over the decades, sharing the gift of reiki to support others through their individual recovery and transformation has been my true calling. Nirvana Healing Hands was founded on the belief that combining gentle energy healing with targeted bodywork offers profound relief and long-lasting balance.
A complete holistic approach
What sets our practice apart on the Central Coast is our seamless integration of modalities. By blending remedial and relaxation massage with conscious breathwork and reiki, we release muscular tension while clearing emotional blocks. Every session is customised to nurture your body and calm your nervous system.
Professional care in a sanctuary of trust
Backed by a Diploma of Remedial Massage and qualifications as a Reiki Master teacher practitioner, we uphold the highest therapeutic standards. From the moment you walk through our doors, you are welcomed into a confidential, peaceful space designed to ensure you feel secure, heard, and deeply rejuvenated.
"From the minute I arrived, I felt completely safe and calm. The combination of remedial massage and reiki cleared months of tension and left me feeling deeply peaceful and renewed."
